Is there still time?
Not for every order. Dhanteras is on November 6 and Diwali on November 8. Orders can take up to 15 days to process before they ship, US orders up to 30 days in total, and orders to the UK, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and our other countries 45 days or longer. If you order in late October or later, plan for some gifts to land after the festival. A card that says the gift is on its way still lets you give it on the day.
What people give
Sweets and dry fruits are the classic Diwali gifts, along with lamps, things for the home, and silver or gold jewelry. When timing is tight, choose something that keeps its meaning after the lights come down:
- Gold-tone jewelry for a sister, mother or close friend
- A handwoven throw pillow for the family that hosts all week
- Small gifts under $50 for colleagues and neighbours

Duties and taxes may be due on delivery unless checkout shows them prepaid, and not every product ships to every country, so check at checkout.
