Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective: October 26, 2026. This policy is for residents of Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and anywhere else with a similar law. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
What this covers
Kremage (an ecommerce brand of Star Thing LLC) sells some products that could say something about a person's health, such as dietary supplements, intimate-care products, skincare and sun care. If you browse, ask about or buy these products, information about that can be “consumer health data” under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act.
Consumer health data we collect
- The products you order, including any in the categories above.
- Questions you type into Ask, our shopping assistant, if they mention a health topic.
- Messages you send our support team about these products.
We do not ask for diagnoses, medical records or other health conditions, and we do not try to work out a health condition from what you browse.
The Kremage app
To dress your try-on body, the app asks for numbers like your height, build and clothing sizes. These stay on your phone: they are not sent to Kremage, and we can't see them. The same goes for the closet photos you add. If you turn on the optional iCloud copy, it is kept in your own private iCloud, which only you can read. Delete the app, or use Settings › Your data, to remove them.
Why we collect it
- To take, ship, return and support your order.
- To answer your questions.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax duties.
Kremage does not run targeted ads and does not use consumer health data to target advertising.
Where it comes from
From you, and from Shopify, which runs our store and checkout.
Who we share it with
- The brand that ships your item, so it can send it.
- Shopify (our store platform), our payment processors and shipping carriers.
- Our email provider, only if you sign up for our emails.
These companies work for us or deliver your order. We do not sell consumer health data.
Shopify's own use
Shopify, which runs our store, also uses data from the stores on its platform, including what you browse and buy on kremage.com, together with data from other Shopify stores, to improve its products and for personalization and ad targeting. Shopify calls this Shopify Network Intelligence and does it under its own privacy policy. No other store can see your data. To opt out, use Your privacy choices or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see the consumer health data we hold about you, to get a list of everyone we have shared it with, to have it deleted, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Email afterglow@kremage.com with the subject “Health data request”. We reply within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will respond to the appeal within 45 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.
