Published policies for KREMAGE. These are the terms and commitments that govern your use of this store. Short where it can be, specific where it must be.

TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 15) THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY USING KREMAGE.COM OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
1. Who We Are
Kremage is a trade name operated by Star Thing LLC, a United States limited liability company registered in St. Petersburg, Florida. Mailing address (correspondence only — packages are refused; returns receive the correct facility address with a return authorization): 7901 4th St N, #30711, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and capable of forming a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it.
3. The Marketplace Model
3.1 Curated marketplace; seller of record. Kremage is a curated marketplace. Star Thing LLC is the seller of record for purchases made on this site, and your order, payment, customer service, returns, and refunds are handled by Kremage under these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy. Except for products expressly branded KREMAGE, products are designed, manufactured, packaged, and fulfilled by independent Partner Brands from their own US facilities.
3.2 Brand responsibility. Kremage does not design, manufacture, or independently test Partner Brand products. Each Partner Brand is responsible for its products' design, manufacture, safety, labeling, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nothing in this section limits the return, refund, and remedy obligations Kremage undertakes in these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy.
3.3 Authorized source. Kremage sources directly from brands or their authorized distributors. Products carry the full manufacturer warranty where one is offered by the brand, and we facilitate warranty claims on every product that carries one.
4. Products, Pricing & Content
4.1 Accuracy. We work to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but errors occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
4.2 Color and variation. Screen colors vary by display technology and device color profile; slight differences between product photos and the physical item are normal and are not defects. Natural materials (wood, leather, hide, wool, stone) and 3D-printed or handmade items vary piece to piece in color and texture — that variation is inherent to how they are made, not a flaw, and for custom orders it is not a deviation from your specifications.
4.3 Pricing errors. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full and prompt refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
4.4 Personal use; no resale. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are placed for resale, by bots or automated means, or in violation of these Terms.
4.5 Custom and bespoke orders. Some Partner Brands produce items to your specifications (for example custom rugs, made-to-measure, and commissioned pieces). The specifications you confirm at checkout or approve in writing are the specifications that will be produced. Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled once production begins, at any price, as set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Section 5 of the Return & Refund Policy (damage, defect, and material deviation from approved specifications) still applies.
5. Orders & Payment
5.1 Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order in whole or in part, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or shipping restrictions. Your card is charged at the time of order; if we cancel, we refund in full and promptly.
5.2 Payment methods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal. All prices are in US dollars. Charges appear as "KREMAGE" (or a variant containing "KREMAGE") on your statement.
5.3 Sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping destination, and remitted as required by law.
5.4 Order cancellation. To request cancellation, email afterglow@kremage.com as soon as possible and we will request cancellation with the fulfilling brand. If your order has not entered fulfillment, you receive a full refund including shipping within 3 business days of the confirmed cancellation. Partner Brands fulfill directly and ship quickly; once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the Return & Refund Policy applies. Final-sale items cannot be cancelled once ordered; custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
5.5 Purchase acknowledgments. For final-sale and custom-order items, you confirm the applicable no-return terms by checkbox before purchase. That acknowledgment is recorded with your order and forms part of the contract for that order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Brand-direct fulfillment. Each item ships directly from its brand's own US warehouse. Orders containing items from multiple brands arrive as separate packages on different dates, each with its own tracking. A partial arrival means the rest of your order is on its way, not missing.
6.2 Processing and delivery times. Processing for regular in-stock items takes up to 6 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Made-to-order items take up to 15 business days before shipping; made-to-order status is noted on the product page. After shipping, domestic delivery typically takes 7–14 business days for direct-fulfilled products and 7–28 business days for Partner Brand products. International delivery times vary widely by destination and are extended by customs clearance; an estimate is shown at checkout where available. These are estimates, not guarantees; delivery times vary with carrier, weather, customs, and location.
In accordance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and give you the option to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel for a full and prompt refund.
6.3 Address accuracy. Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Email afterglow@kremage.com immediately if you spot an error — we can correct the address as long as your order has not shipped. Once a package is with the carrier, neither we nor the brand can alter it. Packages delivered to the address you provided are considered delivered.
6.4 Shipping coverage; international; freight forwarders. We ship to all 50 states, DC, US territories, and APO/FPO military addresses, and to select countries outside the US. International availability is set per brand and is shown at checkout — each brand ships from its US warehouse to its own list of destination countries. For international orders, all import duties, customs charges, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are your responsibility, are billed separately by the carrier or the customs authority, and are non-refundable; Kremage is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, seizures, or any charges after the item leaves the US, and you are responsible for verifying that products may be legally imported to the destination. Our Return & Refund Policy covers deliveries within the US and does not automatically extend abroad; international returns and refunds are reviewed case by case under Section 9 of that policy. If you instead ship your order to a US freight-forwarding service for onward delivery, you do so entirely at your own risk: delivery to the forwarder completes your order, forwarded orders are final sale, and all terms of Section 9 of the Return & Refund Policy apply.
6.5 Risk of loss. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout. If your order is lost in transit and never arrives, contact afterglow@kremage.com and we will investigate with the carrier and the fulfilling brand and replace or refund per the Return & Refund Policy. Packages reported stolen after confirmed delivery are handled under Section 7 of the Return & Refund Policy. Orders of $1,000 or more may ship signature-required.
7. Returns, Refunds & Warranties
Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points (the Return & Refund Policy governs if any summary here differs):
- 30-day return window from each package's delivery date for a refund to the original payment method. Refunds only — no exchanges or store credit. Items delivered November 1 – December 24 are returnable through January 31 or the standard 30 days, whichever is later.
- RMA required first — email afterglow@kremage.com before shipping anything back; ship within 14 days of the RMA, tracked, only to the address provided. Items from different brands return separately. Unauthorized returns cannot be inspected or refunded.
- Condition: apparel unworn, unwashed, tags attached; everything else unused, in original packaging with all parts. Bundles return complete. All returns are inspected; returns that fail inspection may be rejected or partially refunded per the Return & Refund Policy.
- First return ships free — one prepaid label to one brand's warehouse, once per customer; exclusions apply per the Return & Refund Policy.
- No restocking fees on any order, at any price.
- Non-returnable: consumables; beauty, skincare, and bath; intimates and hosiery; intimate adhesives; candles and scent products; piercing jewelry; in-ear products; baby oral items; toothbrushes; menstrual cups; water filter cartridges; personalized or engraved items; custom and bespoke orders; gift cards; anything marked FINAL SALE (which for some brands applies to their entire collection and is disclosed before purchase).
- High-value items ($1,000+): must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all components; used or installed units are not returnable for change of mind — defects route to the manufacturer warranty, which we facilitate.
- If we got it wrong, we fix it free on every product: shipping damage, wrong, or missing items reported within 7 days of delivery with photos; defects in normal use covered for the full 30-day window. Prepaid return label included. Verification and return-of-item requirements per the Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds post within 10 business days of the return's delivery to the brand's warehouse, to the original payment method, in USD.
- International orders: the terms above cover deliveries within the United States; international returns and refunds are reviewed case by case under Section 9 of the Return & Refund Policy, and international return shipping, duties, customs, and taxes are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS MANUFACTURER WARRANTY PROVIDED BY A PARTNER BRAND AND THE EXPRESS COMMITMENTS IN THESE TERMS AND THE RETURN & REFUND POLICY, ALL PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREMAGE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS YOU HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED.
8. Accounts, Acceptable Use & Fair Use
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree not to: use the site for unlawful purposes; scrape, harvest, or extract data by automated means except as permitted by our robots and agent policies; interfere with the site's operation or security; misrepresent your identity; or submit false orders, false return claims, false non-delivery reports, or fraudulent damage claims.
The return program exists for honest customers. Consistent with Section 10 (Fair Use) of the Return & Refund Policy, we may decline returns, revoke courtesy benefits, require signature delivery, or refuse future orders for accounts showing abuse patterns — including excessive or serial returns, wardrobing, repeated damage or non-delivery claims, empty-box returns, or resale-driven purchasing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our marks. KREMAGE™, THE WANDERING PORTAL™, MYCELIUM™, and AFTERGLOW™ are trademarks of Star Thing LLC (common-law rights claimed; registrations pending). The site's design, code, copy, and visual systems are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except as needed to browse and purchase.
9.2 Brand marks. Partner Brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products sourced from those brands.
9.3 DMCA. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice compliant with 17 U.S.C. § 512 to afterglow@kremage.com with "DMCA" in the subject line, including identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material's location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
10. User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you grant Star Thing LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting Kremage. You represent that you own or control the rights to what you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove user content at our discretion.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to that policy.
12. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and Partner Brands, we screen orders for fraud and may retain IP addresses, device identifiers, purchase acknowledgments, and transaction signals for fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Orders flagged as high-risk may be delayed, require verification, or be cancelled and refunded.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREMAGE AND STAR THING LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13.2 Product claims. Claims arising from a product's design, manufacture, labeling, safety, or performance lie primarily against the Partner Brand that made the product; Kremage will reasonably assist in directing such claims to the responsible brand. This does not limit the remedies Kremage provides under the Return & Refund Policy or rights you hold under law that cannot be waived.
13.3 Cap. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF KREMAGE AND STAR THING LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO KREMAGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Thing LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, your user content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
15.1 Informal resolution first. Before filing any arbitration, court claim, or payment-card dispute, you agree to contact us at afterglow@kremage.com describing the issue and give us thirty (30) calendar days to resolve it in good faith. Most issues are resolved well within this window.
15.2 Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the site, or any purchase that is not resolved informally will be resolved by BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be seated in Florida (or conducted remotely where the rules allow), and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.
15.3 Class action and jury waiver. YOU AND KREMAGE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis.
15.4 Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if it qualifies.
15.5 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing afterglow@kremage.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," your name, and the email used for your account or order. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
15.6 Coordinated filings. If twenty-five (25) or more similar arbitration demands are filed against Kremage by or with the assistance of the same or coordinated counsel or organizations, the parties agree the demands will be resolved in staged proceedings: ten (10) demands per side will proceed as bellwether arbitrations, with the remainder tolled and stayed pending their resolution and a subsequent good-faith global mediation. A court of competent jurisdiction may enforce this subsection. If this subsection is found unenforceable as to a demand, that demand proceeds individually under 15.2.
15.7 Chargeback abuse. Initiating a payment-card dispute without first completing the informal-resolution step in 15.1, or filing a dispute based on false claims, constitutes a breach of these Terms. We respond to disputes with order evidence including tracking and delivery confirmation, the pre-checkout policy disclosures shown to you, your recorded purchase acknowledgments (including final-sale and custom-order checkboxes), and compelling evidence under applicable card-network programs (including Visa Compelling Evidence 3.0). An order that has been refunded or replaced is resolved; pursuing the same amount twice is fraud. We reserve the right to recover amounts lost to fraudulent disputes and to terminate accounts that abuse the chargeback process.
16. Product Safety & Compliance Notices
16.1 California Proposition 65. Products sold on Kremage may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. See p65warnings.ca.gov. Per-product warnings appear on product pages where applicable.
16.2 Consumables and supplements. Statements regarding dietary supplements and consumables have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use.
16.3 SPF / OTC products. Sunscreen and SPF products are over-the-counter drugs under FDA rules; all claims, formulations, and labeling are the sole responsibility of the Partner Brand.
16.4 Children's products. Children's products are manufactured by Partner Brands in compliance with the CPSIA. Follow manufacturer age and weight guidance; consult your pediatrician before using weighted sleep products.
16.5 Electronics. Electronics must be used per the manufacturer's instructions. Kremage does not independently test for UL listing, FCC compliance, or electrical safety.
16.6 Food-contact products. Food-contact products are manufactured under the Partner Brand's FDA compliance (21 CFR Parts 174–186).
16.7 Candles and scent products. Burn on heat-resistant surfaces, away from flammable materials, children, and pets; never leave unattended.
16.8 KREMAGE-brand products. For products branded KREMAGE, Star Thing LLC is the responsible party for safety, labeling, and compliance, and the notices above apply as stated on the relevant product pages.
16.9 Pets, jewelry, and bedding. Category-specific notices (pet supervision, jewelry care and nickel sensitivity, bedding flammability standards including 16 CFR Part 1633) appear on the relevant product pages and are incorporated here.
17. Electronic Communications
By providing your email or phone number you consent to receive transactional communications about your orders. Marketing communications are sent only with consent and honor unsubscribe requests per CAN-SPAM; any SMS program operates per TCPA requirements with opt-in and STOP support. We never sell your contact information.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier failures, pandemics, government action, or utility and infrastructure failures. Obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
20. Governing Law; Severability; Entire Agreement
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act as to Section 15. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Star Thing LLC regarding the site. If a summary in these Terms differs from the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, and cancellations.
