We collect only what's needed to process your order. Our storefront is hosted by Shopify, which uses cookies and analytics for the platform to function. Third-party services we integrate — payment processors, Klaviyo for newsletter, customer support tooling — collect data per their own privacy policies. We don't sell customer data; we share only with these service providers as needed to deliver the service. Full inventory in our privacy policy.
What the site does store in your browser: a recently-viewed product list (up to 20 items, kept in your browser's local storage so the history rail on the shop page reflects what you've looked at), a dismissal timestamp for the email-signup popup so it stops reappearing after you close it, and the standard cart and session cookies Shopify needs to process checkout. None of this data leaves your device or gets sent to third parties — it's state that lives locally so the site works.
Payments run on Shopify's PCI DSS v4.0.1 infrastructure. Card data never touches our servers.
California residents: under CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our Privacy Choices page still honors opt-out requests and Global Privacy Control signals. Shipping and returns at a glance
Kremage ships within the United States only — all 50 states, DC, US territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. Processing takes up to 6 business days; made-to-order and custom pieces show their own lead time on the product page. Transit is 7–28 business days (most US addresses arrive within 7–14; Alaska, Hawaii, territories and APO/FPO/DPO can take longer). Multi-brand orders arrive in separate packages from each brand's US warehouse.
Returns within 30 days of delivery, items unworn and unwashed with tags attached. We don't do exchanges — eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method, when and where applicable. To get a different size or color, return the original for a refund then re-order separately. Your first return ships free on a prepaid label (once per customer); after that the customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. All returns reviewed before approval — no auto-approval threshold. Final sale: beauty, skincare, consumables, candles, intimates, pierced jewelry, custom items, and gift cards.
