Kremage is an online marketplace of independent brands, run by Star Thing LLC in New York. Each brand is chosen one by one, and each brand ships its own pieces from its own studio or warehouse.

To the United States (all 50 states and DC; US territories and military addresses where the brand and carrier support it) and to 26 other countries. Each country’s shop shows only the brands that ship there, and checkout confirms your address. US orders are estimated to arrive in about 7 to 30 days; international orders can take 45 days or longer and may owe duties or taxes on delivery unless checkout shows them prepaid.

You order and pay here. The brand makes or packs the piece and ships it to you with tracking; processing can take up to 15 calendar days, and made-to-order pieces show their own lead time on the product page. An order from several brands arrives in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Returns are for US addresses only. In the US you can return within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags attached; eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method (no exchanges — return the original and re-order). Where offered, one prepaid return label may be provided once per customer (not for items $1,000 or more, oversized items or final sale); otherwise the customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. Every return is reviewed before approval. Final sale: beauty, skincare, consumables, candles, intimates, pierced jewelry, custom items, and gift cards. We collect only what's needed to process your order. Our storefront is hosted by Shopify, which uses cookies and analytics for the platform to function. Third-party services we integrate — payment processors, Klaviyo for newsletter, customer support tooling — collect data per their own privacy policies. We don't sell customer data; we share only with these service providers as needed to deliver the service. Full inventory in our privacy policy.

What the site does store in your browser: a recently-viewed product list (up to 20 items, kept in your browser's local storage so the history rail on the shop page reflects what you've looked at), a dismissal timestamp for the email-signup popup so it stops reappearing after you close it, and the standard cart and session cookies Shopify needs to process checkout. This browser state stays on your device. Separately, the site sends usage events (pages and buttons used, not what you type into Ask) to Shopify’s analytics, and to Google Analytics where it is enabled, as the privacy policy describes.

Payments run on Shopify's PCI DSS v4.0.1 infrastructure. Card data never touches our servers.

California residents: under CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information. Analytics and advertising activity may count as “sale” or “sharing” under these laws. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page, and the site honors Global Privacy Control signals.
