If you think you've found a security problem on kremage.com or in the Kremage app, email afterglow@kremage.com with the subject “Security”. Tell us what you found, where, and the steps to see it.

Please

• Don't open, change or keep anyone else's data. Use your own account and orders only.
• Don't slow the site down for others or send spam, and don't try to trick people (phishing or social engineering).
• Give us a reasonable time to fix it before you tell anyone else.

What's run by others

Kremage runs on Shopify, which handles checkout, payments and accounts; we never see your full card number. Problems in Shopify itself go to Shopify's security program.

Look-alike sites

Kremage sells only on kremage.com. If you see a site, ad or message pretending to be Kremage, forward it to afterglow@kremage.com.
