Pricing

Prices match each brand's own retail. We don't inflate to fake-discount, and we don't run pressure tactics (countdown timers, scarcity flags, promo codes). When something is genuinely on sale, the brand has authorized that sale price; we pass it through unchanged.

Tracking and analytics — honest version

Our storefront is hosted by Shopify, which uses cookies and analytics for the platform to function. Third-party services we integrate (payment processors, Klaviyo for newsletter, customer support tooling) collect data per their own privacy policies. We collect only what's necessary to fulfill your order. We don't sell customer data, but we do share data with these service providers as needed to deliver the service. STEP 02ORDER

Cart, taxes, and order confirmation.

USD pricing. Sales tax at checkout. Confirmation email within minutes.

Currency

All prices in USD. Currency conversion handled by your card issuer if your card is billed in another currency.

Sales tax

Calculated at checkout based on the shipping address per state and local rates. Florida is the nexus base; out-of-state rates honored where economic nexus thresholds apply.

Discount codes

Stack with brand-specific promotions where allowed; not stackable with site-wide sale events. Codes do not apply to gift cards or final-sale items unless explicitly stated.

Order confirmation

Emailed within minutes of order placement. If you don't see it within 30 minutes, check spam or contact afterglow@kremage.com with the timestamp and the email you used at checkout.

Pre-shipment changes

Need to change an address, cancel, or swap an item before shipping? Email afterglow@kremage.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After processing starts at the brand we can't always intervene.

STEP 03PAY

PCI Level 1 infrastructure. We never see your card.

Payments via Shopify Payments. All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

Payment methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

PCI compliance

Payment data never touches our infrastructure. Shopify Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified service provider; the theme is configured under SAQ A (cardholder data fully outsourced). PCI DSS v4.0.1 standards followed throughout.

Statement descriptor

Charges appear as KREMAGE.COM on your bank or card statement.

Disputes / chargebacks

Contact us first at afterglow@kremage.com — we resolve nearly everything within 24 hours and avoid the chargeback paperwork on both sides. Filing a chargeback before contacting us means we have to respond through the card network's process, which is slower and worse for both of us.

STEP 04PROCESS

Up to 6 business days at the brand's warehouse.

Each brand ships from its own US warehouse. Multi-brand orders arrive in separate packages.

Processing time

Up to 6 business days from order to ship from the brand's warehouse. Typical is 2–4. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; the brand will note that on the product page.

Multi-brand orders

Kremage carries 95+ brands, each shipping from its own US warehouse. If your order contains items from multiple brands, expect separate packages on different days. Each gets its own tracking email.

Why no consolidation?

We don't operate a central fulfillment warehouse. Brands pack and ship directly from their own facilities — that's how they keep prices at retail (no marketplace markup or repackaging fees). The trade-off: orders that span multiple brands arrive separately. We think it's worth it.

STEP 05SHIP

7–28 business days. US-only. Carriers vary by brand.

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL — chosen by each brand. Tracking emailed when shipped.

Delivery window

7–28 business days from ship date. Most US destinations land in the 7–14 range. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote zones can take longer.

Carriers

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL — chosen by each brand based on the item type and shipping zone. Tracking number emailed when the carrier scans the package.

International

US-only at present. We don't ship internationally. If you need international shipping, contact us first at afterglow@kremage.com and we'll see what's possible — sometimes individual brands can accommodate it directly.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or shows "delivered" but you don't have it, email us. We investigate with the carrier and replace or refund. Don't wait three weeks before contacting us — the sooner we know, the better the outcome.

STEP 06RECEIVE

The fork: did the order arrive as expected?

Damaged → 72-hour window, full coverage. Otherwise eligible → 30-day refund.

Damaged on arrival → cash refund or replacement

Email afterglow@kremage.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We replace or refund (cash to original payment) at no cost to you, including return shipping. This window applies even to final-sale items.

Final-sale categories

Beauty, skincare, consumables, candles/scents, intimates, pierced jewelry, custom-made items, and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind. The 72-hour damaged-on-arrival exception above still applies.

Otherwise eligible → refund

30-day window from delivery, unworn / unwashed, tags attached. We don't do exchanges — eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method, when and where applicable. See the Returns card below for the full workflow — every return is reviewed before approval, no auto-approval threshold.

How to start a return

Email afterglow@kremage.com with your order number before shipping anything back. We issue a return authorization (RA) within 24 hours, you ship the item back, and within 14 business days of inspection we issue a refund to your original payment method. We don't offer exchanges — to get a different size or color, return the original for a refund, then place a fresh order separately.

Refund only — no exchanges

Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method, when and where applicable. Defective, wrong, or damaged-on-arrival items are always refunded in full including return shipping — that's not optional under Magnuson-Moss and state consumer-protection law.

Marketplace intermediary structure

Kremage is operated by Star Thing LLC as a curated marketplace. Brands manufacture and warehouse the products; we list, sell, and provide customer support. Product warranties run from the brand; consumer-protection rights against the seller (Kremage / Star Thing LLC) apply per state law.

Where this disclosure appears

The same disclosure language appears on the footer compliance strip (every page), the cart drawer (every checkout commit), and the PDP h-legal strip (every product page) — by design, so customers see it at every meaningful decision point rather than only when they read the bound Terms.

We track. So does Shopify, Klaviyo, and our payment processors.

Honest disclosure. We don't sell data. We share with the service providers we depend on.

Storefront host

Shopify hosts kremage.com and uses cookies and analytics for the platform to function. We can't disable that — it's how the underlying platform works.

Third-party services we integrate

Klaviyo (newsletter), Shopify Payments and the card networks (payments), customer-support tooling — each collects data per its own privacy policy.

Browser-state we set ourselves

A recently-viewed product list (up to 20 items, in your browser's local storage) and an email-popup dismissal timestamp. None of this leaves your device.

What we don't do

We don't operate independent ad-tech. We don't sell customer data. We don't run cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights

California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete, correct, and opt-out. EU/UK residents have GDPR Article 13 rights. Email afterglow@kremage.com to exercise them.

95+ hand-vetted brands. FDA / CPSIA / Prop 65 followed where they apply.

No third-party resellers. No unauthorized distributors. Brand-direct or authorized only.

Brand vetting

Every brand on Kremage is sourced directly from the brand itself or from an authorized brand partner. There are no third-party resellers or unauthorized distributors in our supply chain. New brands are evaluated for craftsmanship, materials, design integrity, and operational stability before being added.

Beauty, skincare, and consumables — FDA

Cosmetic and personal-care products comply with applicable FDA regulations under MoCRA (Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act) and 21 CFR Part 700. Ingredient lists and country of origin appear on the product page or the brand's PDP. Statements about cosmetic products on the site have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Kids, pets, and toys — CPSIA

Children's products comply with CPSIA where applicable: lead and phthalate content limits, small-parts testing for products intended for children under 3, and tracking labels on products and packaging. Pet products follow brand-side veterinary safety standards.

California Prop 65

Where Proposition 65 warnings apply (chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm), they appear on the product page. The presence of a Prop 65 warning does not mean a product is unsafe — it means the product contains a Prop 65-listed chemical, often at levels well below federal exposure thresholds.

Counterfeit / authenticity disputes

If you have any reason to believe a product you received is counterfeit or not as represented, email afterglow@kremage.com with your order number and photos. We treat counterfeit reports as priority — the brand and we both have an interest in resolving these quickly.

Kremage is a curated e-commerce marketplace operated by Star Thing LLC. We carry 8,000+ products from 95+ hand-selected brands across clothing, jewelry, beauty, skincare, home decor, wellness, tech, kids, and pets — plus our own KREMAGE-branded line. Every brand is reviewed for craftsmanship and design integrity before being added.

Are all products authentic?

Yes. Every item on Kremage is sourced directly from the brand or from an authorized brand partner. There are no third-party resellers or unauthorized distributors in our supply chain. If you ever suspect otherwise, email us with photos and we'll investigate immediately.

Why buy from Kremage instead of each brand's own website?

Price is identical — we match each brand's own retail, with no marketplace markup — so buying through Kremage never costs more than going direct. The advantage is consolidation: instead of placing separate orders across many independent brands' sites, each with its own shipping fee, account, and return policy, you check out once at Kremage with one cart, one set of shipping details, and a single 30-day return window covering everything. For shopping across multiple brands, or discovering small brands you wouldn't have found one site at a time, that's the reason to buy here. Buying a single item from one brand you already know? Either works — same authentic product, same price.

How long do orders take?

Up to 6 business days for the brand to process and ship, plus 7–28 business days in transit (most US destinations land in the 7–14 range). Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; the brand will note that on the product page.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Kremage carries 95+ brands, each shipping from its own US warehouse. If your order contains items from multiple brands, expect separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking. How do I track my order?

Tracking number(s) are emailed when each carrier scans your package. Multi-brand orders may have multiple tracking emails. If you don't see tracking within 6 business days of placing the order, email afterglow@kremage.com with your order number.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email afterglow@kremage.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We replace or refund (cash to your original payment method) at no cost to you, including return shipping. The 72-hour damaged-on-arrival window applies even to final-sale items.

What is your return policy?
