How Kremage works

Before you buy. Four things to know.

Each brand ships its own package. A cart with several brands arrives in several boxes, each with its own tracking.
Processing takes up to 15 days. Made-to-order pieces take longer; each product page shows its time.
Some items are final sale. Beauty, food, candles, pierced jewelry, made-to-order and personalized pieces can’t come back for a change of mind. Damaged or wrong is fixed free.
Outside the US, duties may be due. Unless checkout shows them prepaid, the carrier may collect duties or taxes on delivery.
