What is Kremage?

A store of independent brands in one cart. You check out once; each brand packs and ships its own part of the order, with tracking, so pieces can arrive in separate packages on different days.

Where does Kremage ship?

To the United States and 26 other countries. Checkout shows whether each item ships to your address.

How long does delivery take?

Each brand ships on its own stated processing time. In the United States, total processing and delivery can take up to 30 days in uncommon cases, and longer for made-to-order pieces. International orders may take 45 days or longer.

Will I pay duties or taxes on an international order?

The destination country may charge customs duties, VAT, GST or other import fees on delivery, unless checkout says they are included.

Can I return an order?

In the United States, most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; you provide the return shipping. Orders delivered outside the United States, including Canada, are final sale, except where local law gives you a right that can't be waived.

What is always final sale?

Personalized and custom pieces, made-to-order items, skincare and beauty, consumables, intimates and swimwear, pierced-ear jewelry, and candles and scents. Each product page says when this applies.

What currency is checkout in?

US dollars, or Korean won for orders to South Korea. Your card provider sets any conversion rate and fee.

How do I find my size?

The Instruments turn a measurement into the size each piece uses: gloves, rings, bracelets, necklaces, clothing and shoes across countries, rugs and bedding. Each piece's own size chart wins.
