How much sunscreen to use

The American Academy of Dermatology's guideline is about 1 oz (30 mL, a shot glass) for the whole body and about ¼ teaspoon for the face, reapplied about every 2 hours outdoors. A 150 mL bottle holds about 5 whole-body applications. Follow each product's directions.

How to use it

  1. Pick whole body or face.
  2. Enter the bottle size in mL.
  3. See how many applications it holds at the American Academy of Dermatology’s guideline amount.
