What can't be returned
Final-sale items can't be returned for change of mind at any time of year: food, drinks and supplements; beauty, skincare and bath products; intimates and hosiery; candles, incense and scents; pierced jewelry; in-ear products; gift cards; personalized and made-to-order pieces; and anything marked FINAL SALE. Final sale never removes your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong.

Kremage replies with the right return address. Items from different brands may go back separately.
Send it back unused, in its original packaging, with tracking. Refunds go to the original payment method.
