Yes! All Homelosophy rugs are made-to-order, including custom sizes, shapes, or even color palettes.
How do I care for a high-pile shearling rug?
Use a soft brush or vacuum with a brush attachment. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended annually.
Are your rugs ethically made?
Absolutely. Every rug is handcrafted in a fair-trade certified workshop in Patagonia using hides from traceable, non-industrial sources.
Processing — up to 6 business days. Delivery — 7–28 business days. Tracking via email.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange-only by default — same item, different size or color, processed within 14 business days of inspection. Cash refund to original payment is reserved for defective, wrong, or damaged-on-arrival items.
Change of mind? Return the item for store credit, then re-order separately for full flexibility.
Return shipping — paid by customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong (then we cover it).
