How do I care for a laser-etched hide rug?
Vacuum weekly using a soft brush attachment. Spot clean gently with a mild soap solution. Avoid moisture, steam, or abrasive cleaners. Rotate periodically to preserve even wear.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange-only by default — same item, different size or color, processed within 14 business days of inspection. Cash refund to original payment is reserved for defective, wrong, or damaged-on-arrival items.
Change of mind? Return the item for store credit, then re-order separately for full flexibility.
Return shipping — paid by customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong (then we cover it).
