Put your order number in the subject line, for example “Order Help #KREMAGE1008”, “Return Request #…”, “Damaged Item #…”, “Cancel Order #…” or “Privacy Request”. Returns start by email: within 1 business day we send your return authorization (RMA) with the warehouse address to ship to.

Mailing address (letters and correspondence): Star Thing LLC, 447 Broadway, New York, NY 10013. Return packages go to the warehouse address on your RMA.

Questions about a charge? Charges appear as KREMAGE (or a variant containing KREMAGE). Email us and we identify your order right away. Cancellations before fulfillment are refunded within 3 business days, and returns within 10 business days of reaching the warehouse.
