This Legal Notice identifies the legal entity operating kremage.com and provides the contact details required for legal correspondence and consumer trust transparency.

The kremage.com website ("the Site") and the Kremage marketplace are operated by:

This address is for legal and customer correspondence only. Packages, including merchandise returns, sent to this address will be refused. Return packages must be sent only to the facility address provided with an authorized RMA issued by Star Thing LLC.
3. Responsible Party
The party responsible for the content of kremage.com, in accordance with applicable transparency obligations, is Star Thing LLC at the address listed above.
4. Business Nature
Kremage is a curated online marketplace operated by Star Thing LLC. The marketplace features independent third-party brands ("Partner Brands"), each of which is responsible for the manufacture, design, labeling, regulatory compliance, and safety of its own products. Star Thing LLC is the seller of record for purchases made on the Site and handles orders, payment, customer service, returns, and refunds under its Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy; it does not manufacture, design, or independently test products sold by Partner Brands.
5. Regulatory Registrations
Star Thing LLC is registered as a limited liability company in the State of Florida, United States, and is subject to the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States.
Sales tax: Star Thing LLC collects applicable US state and local sales tax in jurisdictions where it has a tax collection obligation (nexus).
Shipping coverage: Kremage ships only within the United States (all 50 states, DC, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses); all items ship from the Partner Brands' US facilities to US addresses. Kremage does not ship to destinations outside the United States. Star Thing LLC does not maintain a permanent establishment, branch, or registered presence in any foreign jurisdiction as of the Effective Date of this Notice. Customers who direct their US delivery to a freight-forwarding service, and any customer who re-exports an order after it is delivered in the United States, do so at their own risk under Section 9 of the Return & Refund Policy: Star Thing LLC's responsibility ends at the US delivery address, and the order is not eligible for returns or claims once it leaves that address.
6. EU and UK Representative
Star Thing LLC ships only within the United States. It does not offer goods to, or ship to, data subjects in the European Union or the United Kingdom, and it is therefore not required to appoint a representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR or in the United Kingdom under the equivalent UK GDPR provision. No such representative has been appointed. EU and UK visitors may nevertheless direct any inquiry — including data protection inquiries — to afterglow@kremage.com, and Star Thing LLC will respond directly within the timeframes specified in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
KREMAGE™, THE WANDERING PORTAL™, MYCELIUM™, AFTERGLOW™, and all associated logos, taglines, and trade dress are claimed as common-law trademarks of Star Thing LLC. As of the Effective Date of this Notice, federal trademark registration of these marks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office is pending or planned; until federal registration is complete, the marks are asserted as common-law trademarks based on Star Thing LLC's first use in commerce. All website content — including code, design, photography, copy, and visual assets — is the exclusive property of Star Thing LLC and is protected by US copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), international copyright treaties (Berne Convention), and applicable trademark law.

8. Applicable Policies
Use of kremage.com is governed by the following documents, each available on the Site, all effective September 6, 2026:

These documents form one consistent set: the Terms of Service incorporate the others, and the Return & Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, and cancellations where any summary elsewhere differs. Where the laws of a customer's state of residence grant non-waivable rights beyond those reflected in these policies, those rights apply.
9. Changes to This Notice
Star Thing LLC may update this Legal Notice from time to time to reflect changes in its legal status, contact information, regulatory registrations, or other matters disclosed here. The most current version is always available at kremage.com under the Legal Notice link.
