Made to order — allow about 5–8 weeks (furniture ~5–6) before it ships, then 7–28 business days in transit. We ship to US addresses only.

Ships direct from the brand. Orders with multiple brands may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking.

If item is eligible: returns within 30 days — unworn, unwashed, tags attached (non-apparel: unused, in original packaging with all parts). Email afterglow@kremage.com first for a return authorization — ship only to the address we provide; unauthorized returns can’t be inspected or refunded. Refunds only, no exchanges; all returns are reviewed before approval. Your first return ships free; after that return shipping is the customer’s cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. No restocking fees, ever.

Final-sale items (beauty, consumables, intimates, pierced jewelry, candles/scents and similar hygiene or one-of-a-kind goods) are non-returnable. High-value items ($1,000+) must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging; used or installed units aren’t returnable for change of mind. No restocking fees — on a $1,000+ change-of-mind return you cover return shipping and insurance. Manufacturer defects are covered under warranty, which we help you claim.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email afterglow@kremage.com within 7 days of delivery for shipping damage, wrong, or missing items (photos of the item, packaging, and label), or within the 30-day window for a defect in normal use — we repair, replace, or refund in full, return shipping included. Packages marked delivered to the address you provided are considered delivered.

Color & variation: screen colors differ, and natural materials (wood, leather, wool, stone) and handmade or 3D-printed items vary piece to piece — that’s normal, not a defect.

Charges appear as KREMAGE (or a variant containing KREMAGE) on your statement.
