Can I request a different color or form?
Yes. All our rugs are made-to-order. You can customize the shape, size, and shearling tone.

How is it cleaned or maintained?
We recommend light vacuuming and annual professional wool/specialist cleaning. Avoid water soaking.

Refunds only, no exchanges; all returns are reviewed before approval. Your first return ships free; after that return shipping is the customer’s cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. No restocking fees, ever.

Email afterglow@kremage.com within 7 days of delivery for shipping damage, wrong, or missing items (photos of the item, packaging, and label), or within the 30-day window for a defect in normal use — we repair, replace, or refund in full, return shipping included. Packages marked delivered to the address you provided are considered delivered.
