Wrong address? Email afterglow@kremage.com immediately — we can correct the delivery address as long as your order hasn't shipped. Once a package is with the carrier, neither we nor the brand can alter it, so please double-check your address at checkout. Packages delivered to the address you provided are considered delivered.

This category (beauty & bath, skincare, perishable foods & confections, intimates & hosiery, candles/scents, earrings, in-ear and adhesive hygiene products, baby oral items, filter cartridges, personalized items, gift cards, or similar) cannot be returned once shipped for health, safety, or one-of-a-kind reasons. Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email afterglow@kremage.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund in full — including return shipping.
Never arrived? Email us with your order number — we investigate with the carrier and replace or refund.
