If item is eligible: returns within 30 days — unworn, unwashed, tags attached (non-apparel: unused, in original packaging with all parts). Refunds only, no exchanges; all returns are reviewed before approval. Your first return ships free; after that return shipping is the customer’s cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. No restocking fees, ever.
