Made of just three ingredients -- organic Tanzanian cacao, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter -- this 73% dark chocolate bar is an excellent taste excursion into the well-kept secret of fine flavor, East African cacao. By carefully roasting these beans and refining them over days until they turn into liquid chocolate, we're able to proudly present the natural, complex and surprising flavor essence of cacao from this lesser-known cacao-producing origin.

Berries and also tropical fruits like lychee add some lively acidity and a little tanginess that reminds us of a creamy, chocolatey cheesecake!
