Ordering from multiple brands? Items ship from each brand's own US warehouse and arrive as separate packages on different days — you'll get a tracking email for each shipment. A partial arrival means the rest is on its way, not missing.

Need to cancel? Email afterglow@kremage.com as soon as possible and we'll request cancellation with the brand. If your order hasn't entered fulfillment, you'll receive a full refund; brands ship quickly, so if it has already been processed or shipped, the return policy below applies instead.

Wrong address? Email afterglow@kremage.com immediately — we can correct the delivery address as long as your order hasn't shipped. Once a package is with the carrier, neither we nor the brand can alter it, so please double-check your address at checkout. Packages delivered to the address you provided are considered delivered.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Non-apparel items must be unused and in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals.

HIGH-VALUE ITEM RETURNS. A return authorization (RMA) is required before shipping anything back — returns without one cannot be accepted. Units must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all components, accessories, manuals, and protective materials. Opened but unused units in resellable condition incur a 15% restocking fee (waived if unopened). Used or installed units are not returnable for change of mind — malfunctions and defects are covered by the full manufacturer warranty, and we facilitate every claim. Return shipping and insurance on non-defective returns are at the buyer's cost; if the item arrived defective, damaged, or wrong, we cover return shipping with a prepaid label and refund or replace in full.

Refund only — no exchanges. Eligible returns are refunded to your original payment method, when and where applicable, within 14 business days after the return is received and inspected at the brand's warehouse.

Need a different size or color? Return the item for a refund, then re-order separately.

Return shipping — paid by customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong (then we cover it).

All returns are reviewed before approval — no auto-approval threshold.

How to start: Email afterglow@kremage.com with your order number before shipping anything back. We send a return authorization (RMA) with the correct return address within 1 business day. Ship only to the address on your RMA — each brand has its own warehouse, and items sent anywhere else (including unauthorized returns) cannot be inspected or refunded. Items from different brands return separately, each to its own brand's warehouse; we provide every address with your RMA.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Free replacement or full refund. Email within 72 hours with photos.

Screen colors vary. Display technology and color profiles differ between devices, so slight differences between product photos and the physical item are normal and are not considered defects. Natural materials (wood, leather, hide, wool, stone) and 3D-printed or handmade items also vary piece to piece in color and texture — that variation is inherent to how they're made, not a flaw.
