Refunds only, no exchanges; all returns are reviewed before approval. Your first return ships free; after that return shipping is the customer’s cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. High-value items ($1,000+) must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging; used or installed units aren’t returnable for change of mind.
