How to use it

For an active bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection, use the included applicator to insert 1 suppository vaginally at bedtime for 7 days. For ongoing maintenance and prevention, use 1 suppository after unprotected sex, near the end of your period, after spending time in damp clothing, after completing antibiotics, during hormonal imbalances, or whenever your pH feels off. Do not use more than 1 suppository in a 24-hour period.
